1. Job description:

    • Receive and handle complaints and grievance information of customers via phone, email, chat, online, web …
    • Introduce, consult and answer customers’ questions about products, services, promotion policies of the Company via phone, email, online chat …
    • Responsible for urging and coordinating with relevant units to handle customers’ incidents in accordance with the Company’s prescribed process.
    • Monitor and implement customer security after receiving and urge the complaints handling department of the customers that they receive.
    • Implement an outbound call plan to survey and assess customer satisfaction on products and services according to the customer service scenario

2. Job requirements:

    • Skilled customer service: listening, communicating on the phone and handling situations flexibly.
    • Priority to candidates who have experience in positions related to customers: Call center, customer care, journey monitoring equipment.
